looking for a qualified candidate to fulfil the position of Quantity Surveyor (QS).
Requirement:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering. Quantity Surveying, or related fields 2. One - two years experience in QS practice:
Deal with suppliers and subcontractor - Check subcontractors claim Find suppliers, compare the prices, order purchase Task report to Project Director Prepare Tendering documents (occasionally)
Good knowledge of forms, pre and post contracts management 3. An analytical mind. attention to detail 4. Good command of English (speaking and writing), organizational and
team work ability 5. Willing to learn and take up challenges
